You can do this directly from your confirmation email, or by going to your "order status" page and cancelling the order. We do our best to ship orders out of our warehouse within three business days. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take longer to leave the warehouse.We ship to all 50 states, the EU, UK, Canada, and AustraliaPlease allow up to 10 business days for International (non-US) shipments.
Please note that a shipping label is created when your order is being fulfilled, however, the tracking number will only update once your package is actually picked up by the carrier and shipped.
